How to commission a BESPOKE painting
Share your space
You can send me photos or videos of the room, the wall measurements, and any colours, materials, mood boards, or ideas you would like me to consider.
If you are based in Costa Blanca, you can also invite me to visit the space in person. This is often the best way to understand the light, proportions, materials, and atmosphere of the room.
We define the direction
Together we discuss the size, colour palette, atmosphere, and the role the artwork should play in the interior.
If you would like a more detailed process, I can also prepare a small sketch, colour direction, or visual sample before starting the final painting. This can be agreed individually, depending on how closely you would like to follow the creative process.
I create the artwork
Once the direction is confirmed, I begin the painting.
Acrylic paintings usually take around 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on the size and complexity. Oil paintings may take longer because of the drying time.
Delivery and final details
For clients in Costa Blanca, I can offer delivery, help with placement, framing, and installation support if needed. These details can be discussed individually before the artwork is completed.
Consultation visit. For clients in Costa Blanca, an in-person visit to see the space can be arranged. The consultation visit is €60 if no artwork is commissioned afterwards. If you decide to commission a painting, this amount can be deducted from the final artwork price.

Each commissioned painting is created individually for your space and priced according to size, technique, and the level of personalisation.
As a general guide, bespoke paintings start from € 600.

Up to 80 cm on the longest side
From €800
Large Interior Paintings
Over 80 cm and up to 130 cm on the longest side
From €1,200
Large-Scale Commissions
Works over 90 cm on the shorter side or over 130 cm on the longest side are quoted individually.
These pieces require a separate price proposal, as the scale affects not only the painting process, but also materials, canvas preparation, drying time, handling, packaging, transport, and installation requirements.
Diptychs, multi-piece compositions, and highly personalised symbolic paintings are also quoted individually.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. You do not need to have a fully formed idea. It is enough to share the room, the wall, the atmosphere you would like to create, and any colours or materials already present in the space. I can help you define the right direction.
Can you visit my space in Costa Blanca?
Yes. For clients in Costa Blanca, an in-person visit can be arranged. This is often the best way to understand the proportions, materials, and atmosphere of the room.

Can the commission be arranged online?
Yes. A commission can also be arranged online using photos, videos, measurements, and interior references. This works well if you are not currently in Spain or if you are preparing a property remotely.
How does the payment work?
To confirm a bespoke commission, a 50% deposit is paid before the painting process begins.
The remaining 50% is paid before the artwork is delivered, collected, or installed.
For larger or more complex commissions, the payment schedule can be agreed individually.
Are framing, delivery, and installation included?
Framing, delivery, and installation are not automatically included in the artwork price unless agreed in the proposal.
For clients in Costa Blanca, I can help arrange delivery, framing advice, and installation support if needed.
Can I see a sketch or colour direction before the final painting?
Yes, if you would like a more guided process, a sketch, colour direction, or visual sample can be prepared as part of the agreed commission process.
This can be discussed individually, depending on how closely you would like to follow the creative development of the artwork.
Can the painting include symbolic meaning?
Yes. If desired, the painting can include a symbolic or emotional direction, for example, a feeling, life transition, personal theme, or atmosphere you would like the artwork to hold.
This can remain subtle, abstract, and naturally integrated into the visual language of the piece.
Do you copy reference images or other artworks?
No. Reference images can be used to understand the atmosphere, colours, materials, or general direction, but I do not copy other artists’ works or reproduce existing paintings.
